Level Up PA

Pennsylvania education advocates called on Parker Philips in 2021 to launch a campaign to persuade lawmakers to invest $100 million in Pennsylvania’s 100 poorest school districts. Within weeks, we had a web and social presence that moved minds. Our marketing and public relations expertise was put in the hands of a dynamite team of advocacy organizations, resulting in the first Level Up supplement in Pennsylvania. In 2022, Governor Tom Wolf launched his budget tour in Erie, PA, with the support of our Level Up team – the 2022-23 PA Budget included $225 million for the 100 poorest school districts.
